Banquet:
There will be a official Dinner at Saturday 17.05.2025
The Dinner will happen at the "Ferme-Auberge" Steinwasen (Link) which is located near the East-Wind-Slope.
We will eat the typical regional "Repas Marcaire"
The price for the dinner (Starter, Main, Cheese and Desert) will be about 28,50€ without the drinks
The menu is the famous farm-cooked meal, the "repas marcaire" ! :

Meat pie of the Munster Valley with green salad

Smoked pallet with grilled potatoes also known as "Roïgebrageldi"

Some cheese

Choice of dessert : Fruit pies (apples, bilberries...) and the famous "Siess Kass" (white Munstercheese from the morning served with sugar, cream and kirsch)
You can tell us on friday at the slope if you would like to joint for the Dinner.
